A Sympathetic Reset
Our precision-guided Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) offers a rapid reset for your mind and body — in a calming, supportive environment.
Now available for a limited time at a promotional rate of $800 (normally $1200).
The Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) is a minimally invasive procedure performed under ultrasound guidance. Most sessions last about 30 minutes, with no hospital stay required — allowing you to return home the same day feeling more at ease.
We use state-of-the-art ultrasound technology to guide every SGB procedure. This ensures pinpoint accuracy, reduces risks, and gives you the safest, most effective treatment possible.
Many patients experience noticeable calming of their nervous system — including reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and lowered hypervigilance — often the same day or within a few days after treatment.
Unlike medications that must be taken daily, a successful SGB may offer relief for several months — giving you a window of peace to heal, reconnect, and move forward in your life.
Stellate Ganglion Block has been successfully used by military personnel, first responders, and civilians who have faced overwhelming trauma. It offers a rapid way to calm the body's survival system — and reclaim your sense of safety.

Empowering Your Journey: Common Questions Answered
How quickly will I feel results after the Stellate Ganglion Block?
Many patients begin noticing changes within minutes to a few days after the procedure. Some report immediate calming of hypervigilance, anxiety, or sleep disturbances, while others experience more gradual improvements over the first week.
How long do the effects of SGB last?
The benefits of SGB can last several months or longer. Some patients choose to repeat the procedure once symptoms gradually return. We will work with you to determine the best long-term plan based on your individual experience.
Is the Stellate Ganglion Block safe?
Yes. When performed under real-time ultrasound guidance by an experienced clinician, SGB is considered very safe. Temporary side effects like mild hoarseness, nasal congestion, or Horner’s syndrome (drooping eyelid) are expected and typically resolve within 24 hours. Serious complications are rare.
Yes. Emerging clinical experience and early studies suggest that combining Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) with ketamine therapy may have a synergistic effect, especially in patients with treatment-resistant PTSD, depression, or chronic pain. The SGB helps "reset" the autonomic nervous system and reduce hyperarousal, while ketamine addresses mood regulation and neuroplasticity at the brain level. Some clinics and studies have found that patients receiving both treatments sequentially report more profound and longer-lasting improvements. While large-scale trials are still ongoing, this integrative approach is showing promise for individuals who have not fully responded to conventional therapies.
Will insurance cover the cost of the procedure?
At this time, SGB for PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, or long COVID is considered an elective, off-label treatment and is not covered by insurance. It is an out of pocket service. We offer CareCredit and Affirm as convenient financing options.
Do I need to do both sides of my neck (right and left SGB)?
For many patients, a single right-sided block is sufficient. However, in some cases where symptoms persist, a staged left-sided block may be recommended. Your clinician will discuss this with you after your initial response is evaluated.
Who is a good candidate for SGB treatment?
Good candidates typically have symptoms related to PTSD, anxiety disorders, chronic pain, or dysautonomia (such as long COVID) that have not fully responded to conventional therapies. A free consultation is available to help determine if SGB is the right fit for your specific needs.
Most patients find the SGB procedure to be very tolerable. You will be lying comfortably on your back with your neck gently turned. After cleaning the skin, a small amount of local anesthetic will be injected to numb the area, which may cause a brief pinching or burning sensation.
During the actual block, you may feel some slight pressure but not significant pain. It's common to notice a sensation of warmth or temporary nasal stuffiness as the anesthetic takes effect. Our team will monitor you closely throughout the procedure to ensure your comfort and safety.
